This is my very first fantasy football draft that I was actually able to do at my son’s house. It was SO much fun!!

I did start to get a little overwhelmed since I am still pretty much a newbie so I had cheat sheets and injury sheets galore…..haha!! But I also had to be on facebook chat with Jeff to give him all the details since he was back in San Diego. I had to let him know of every pick and etc. It’s all good and all but it is much more fun with everyone together. It was great seeing Kim and Brian again, plus Zeke and the rest of the gang. Love em all!!
The tacos were great that Kim and Brian brought, yummy!!
I came across this AWESOME recipe and just had to share it with you all:
As much as this meal is a celebration of the coming autumn season, it is also a salute to the end of summer. The bounty that is the ridiculous amounts of zucchini is upon us and we don’t even have a zucchini plant! Wherever I turn, people are trying to give away more zucchini. It just keeps coming our way.

Last weekend Jeff, Kevin, Zack, Brandon and Brooke came out to visit and they brought their motorcycles. Oh man did we have a blast riding them though Icicle Creek and Hwy 2 up to Stevens Pass.
Here are a couple of the pictures that I was able to get with my iphone. Naturally I forgot my good camera however Brooke didn’t and she took a ton of pictures which I will be getting soon.
I especially love the picture of Brandon and Brooke and Zack and Brooke, she is so photogenic. With a contagious smile. I love that girl and my son better marry her soon!
Don’t ya just love my nice helmet head hair do, haha! It was awesome riding on the Harley with Kevin, I sure have missed him. I was bummed that Val couldn’t come out but she had to do that wicked thing, called “WORK”….. Yikes!

Well I have finally decided that I have to get back on track and lose my extra weight and get back on track with my exercising.
I looked at myself in the mirror today and was totally grossed out. Geez I swear I look pregnant. I am going to be a Grandma here soon and I want to live a long time and be here for my grand kids. Both myself and my kids lost their grandparents very early and I certainly don’t want that to happen with my grand kids. It is time to take control since it is in my hands and my hands alone. I can’t blame Robert or anyone else.
I have decided to go on Atkins induction and then switch to a less restrictive low carb plan later after I get the ball rolling and start dropping some weight.
I started my day off today with black coffee, 2 slices of bacon and 2 eggs. Then for lunch I had a wonderful tuna salad on a bed of lettuce and a bit of tomato. It was delicious!

I also forgot to upload the pictures from my motorcycle ride last weekend with Kevin, Jeff, Brandon, Brooke and Zack. I will post those a little later.
I just can’t get over how beautiful it is here in Leavenworth. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!
I am sorry I haven’t posted for the last few days, but I I have been very busy. Several family members showed up to visit and we had an amazing time!! I will be uploading the pictures within the next couple of days.
On another note, our RV flooded today:( Thank goodness I have lots of towels AND I have a little green machine to help soak up all the water. But dang, what a mess!!
The one good thing that happened to day was that Brianna might just possibly have a job at Oggie’s Sports Bar. Bri knows everyone so well there since she has been going there since she was 7 years old and first started soccer, we went to Oggies everyday for “3rd half”
Great memories!!
